The “Make in India” event was held at BKC in Mumbai from 13 to 18 Feb 2016. It was a huge event with participation of over 1000 companies and foreign delegates who attended this event were from over 60 countries.
The “Make in India” event saw participation from Poland also with the Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Poitr Glinski, leading his team of ministers and head honchos of major companies from the heavy industries.
A seminar was held called India-Poland: Future Vistas which I also attend. I met the Economic Development minister Mr. Radoslaw Domagalski and he was very keen to understand that there is a huge scope for marketing Amber in India. He has promised full co-operation and support and has asked me to write to him so that he can take up the matter with the concerned people looking after Amber promotion in Poland. Mr. J.J. Singh who is the President of IPCCI (Indo Polish Chamber of Commerce & Industry) has also told me that he will extend all support for the Amber project.
The Ambassador of India to Poland & Lithuania, Mr. Ajay Bisaria, and The Ambassador of Poland to India, Mr. Tomasz Lukaszuk were present also and have extended their support and help in getting the AmberDia project moving in India.
Amberif 2016 starts in Gdansk from 16th. to 19th. March and surely this will be the best place to network with all these people.
